Mugman Shards: Rain Dodger Redux

The title "Mugman Shards" was Alex's idea. He got the idea from messing around with FieldStation42 (a Raspberry Pi program that emulates cable) and he needed somewhere to put the shorter Mugman episodes.

This episode was concieved by Oddmouse (RevilleAJ) sometime back in 2023/2024, since he felt that Rain Dodger was the weakest of the classic episodes. His synopsis added a montage of Pementa smashing the disc, and getting embarrassed upon getting caught.

Saltine's appearance came from the fact that she was originally going to appear in the original 2015 episode, but her appearance was scrapped. She appears in this remake because I feel like Saltine was one of those characters that deserved better, and I just couldn't resist. Most of her dialogue was lifted from the old 2015 script, except her remark at the end, which was my idea.

The icons on Pementa's desktop range from fictonal programs like Larry's 3D Computer Adventure and a parody of Internet Explorer, to real programs like MS Paint and BlobBUDDY; a BonziBUDDY parody made to insult the user.

The methods Pementa uses to smash the disc were my idea. Oddmouse's synopsis mentioned "smashing the disc in normal and weird ways," but it didn't mention which ways Pementa used, so the sky was the limit.

Gene (Pementa's father) was originally going to have a cameo in the living room. I replaced him with Saltine chuckling because I thought it was funnier.
